I believe a natural smile photographs better than a forced one and the greatest compliment I could receive is hearing that I captured the real story of your wedding. My approach allows you to be yourself and you can trust me to give you wedding photographs that are unlike anyone else's.

. How can we meet with you to arrange a one-on-one consulation?
You are welcome to contact me with times that work for you and I will arrange a personal consultation with you to discuss your wedding further and tell you more about how I work.
*. What is your approach to weddings?
I strive to create images that tell the unique story of your day. I want to give you images that are unlike anyone else's.
*. Do I get a photo CD so I can make re-prints?
Yes, some packages include a high resolution photo CD or for an extra fee you can get a high resolution photo CD.
*. What about getting extra albums or video DVDs?
Yes. You can add albums and DVDs to your base package or order them after the event at any time.
*. Who chooses the pictures that go in the album?
You choose the photos.
*. Do you do black and white photographs?
Yes, I do color, black and white, color and black and white together, (A perfect combination)..
*. What type of pictures do you take?
I take Candid, Traditional & Photojournalistic Images.
*. What type of video do you do?
Documentary film style
*. Do you ever take posed pictures before the wedding so we can spend more time with our guests after the ceremony?
Absolutely. Many people opt to do this and it does mean you can spend your entire wedding celelebration doing just that -- celebrating!
*. I am camera shy. I'm worried about how I'll look in pictures on my wedding day.
I hear this all the time and that's why I take the pressure of telling you what to do and instead work on getting you to relax in front of the camera. Even during directed moments I will ensure you are acting naturally.
*. Should we do the formals before or after the ceremony?
Some couples think it is bad luck to see each other before the ceremony. If following this tradition is important to you, all of the photos of the bride and groom together will be done afterwards, but solo shots can be done before. However, there are advantages to doing all the posed shots before.
a. Flowers, clothing and make-up are fresh.
b. More time can be scheduled.
c. It may be dark out for the outdoor photos if you have a late ceremony.
d. Guests will have to wait for you at the reception.
*. Suppose I want more copies in five or more years?
I keep negatives and CDs forever. I do not get rid of them. If I do decide to stop business I will try to contact all of my customers and offer the negatives and CDs to them for an extra fee.
*. What if you are sick or have an emergency on my event day?
If this should happen, I will do my best to find a replacement photographer who I feel works as well as myself or better. If I can not find a replacement you will recieve a full refund of all deposits paid.
*. Some photographers ask that no one else take pictures during the formal shots, what is your policy?
I do allow guests to take snapshots however they must be told that they must wait until I get my shots first. This will slow down photography, and many guests taking pictures will take the attention of the subjects away from the photograher. The diverted attention will ruin the professional pictures that you are paying for. Also, If the photographer is using light-triggered strobes the flashes will cause the strobe to fire wasting the bulb and battery life.
*. Is it really illegal for me to make copies of your picture/video?
Yes. According to federal law, images/video produced by a professional are copyrighted the moment they are created. You can always ask me for re-prints/video copies.
*. How can we be sure you won't mess up?
There is always an element of risk due to its technical nature. You can lesson the chance by booking me. I am a competent photographer. Clearly communicate your event information. Plan everything out and stick to plan as closely as possible
*. You did a great job, should we tip you?
No. The size of your reprint order is one indication of your satisfaction. Also, recommending me to others.
*. Should I shop for price over the phone?
Decide if you like my work first and then discuss price. I can work with you if you have a budget in mind.
*. How do we receive our wedding images/video when the event is over?
If you are in New York City, we will meet to give you the package. If you are not in NYC, then I will use an insured express-post courier to deliver your prints and albums/video when your package is complete at no extra cost.
